The VIVA+ Eye Kit is a progressively concentrated kit consisting of
ocular saline solution of pharmaceutical quality and DMSO with
certifications such as Ph. EU, USP, BP for pharmaceutical quality.
The Ocular Saline Solution is a mineral solution used in intraocular
surgeries within hospital surgical environments, as it closely
resembles the composition of human eye fluid. It is ideal for
sensitive eyes.
The kit consists of:
1. A small vial containing 1% DMSO, intended for testing the
product´s sensitivity over two days. It includes a sterile Pasteur
pipette for this purpose.
2. A glass dropper bottle containing 12.5 ml of 2.5% DMSO.
3. A bottle containing 22.5 ml of 5% DMSO for refilling the dropper
bottle.
Certified pharmaceutical-grade Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), is a
biological compound that has been used since the 1970s for various
conditions, including cataracts. It functions as an anti-inflammatory,
analgesic, immunomodulator, carrier, improves microcirculation,
acts as a cellular drainer, and exhibits bacteriostatic properties.
The possibility of combining and synergizing these excellent
components allows us to offer a product of high quality. We
manufacture under hygienic conditions, package in amber glass with
pharmaceutical-grade glass droppers, and is transported with ice
during summer months.
Our kit´s safety is backed with three years of experience.
The first references to the efficacy of DMSO in ocular pathology
were in cataracts, observed incidentally in patients who were
effectively treated with oral DMSO for interstitial cystitis.
Ophthalmologists achieve good results with DMSO—either alone or
combined with other active ingredients—in various pathological
degenerations of the eyes, including macular degeneration, macular
edema, traumatic uveitis, cataracts, glaucoma, and various retinal
diseases (1,2).The doctor or therapist can adjust the concentration
of DMSO in each case and combine it with other active ingredients
such as CDS or colloidal silver, which may be of interest in
conjunctivitis, canaliculitis, or blepharitis.
The VIVA+ ocular kit with increasing concentration is
therapeutically aimed at improving presbyopia symptoms: near
visual acuity, blurred vision, eye strain, irritated eyes, and
headaches. It is of great interest to people who spend a lot of
time in front of digital screens.
Some patients with myopia have reported an improvement in
distant visual acuity, as well as individuals with "floaters" in
their vision.
The use of DMSO eye drops is compatible with oral DMSO.
The kit should be stored in the refrigerator before use. It has an
expiration date of one year after manufacture.
An instruction sheet explaining the usage procedure is included with
the order.
The kit offers the option to include colloidal silver or CDS (chlorine
dioxide) at 3,000 ppm. The latter can be used according to the
ocular protocol described by Andreas L. Kalcker (3). Please inquire
about the additional cost.
Allergy Test for DMSO: First and Second Day.
Add one drop of 1% DMSO to one eye and wait 15 minutes
before applying it to the other eye. Check for any signs of
rejection or allergic reaction. In three years of sales, we have not
encountered any issues of rejection.
Day 3: Use the 2.5% DMSO dropper, applying one drop in each
eye once a day for 10 days.
Day 14:Use one drop in each eye twice a day, for example,
morning and night.
Once the 2.5% DMSO dropper is finished, proceed to use the 5%
dropper, following the same procedure as with the 2.5%
dropper.
WARNINGS
We do not recommend the use of the ocular DMSO kit with introcular lenses,
unless otherwise indicated by the
ophthalmologist.
In the case of contact lenses, it is only recommended to use the eye drops at
night, when they are removed.
