VIVA+ has a small validated commercial pilot plant for the production of dermal, oral, buccal, and colon therapy Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS), endorsed by a manufacturer of over 1,500 units primarily intended for the effective and safe treatment of COVID-19 pathology.
The distribution is carried out throughout the Iberian Peninsula within 24-48 hours, depending on the destination.
Chlorine dioxide (ClO2) is a yellow-colored gas when stabilized in water, resulting from the reaction of sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid or citric acid. It is highly soluble in water and is stabilized in aqueous solution in 250 ml amber glass containers to prevent the negative effects of ultraviolet radiation. It evaporates at 11ºC and is stored in the refrigerator at 5ºC. Its shelf life in the refrigerator is 6-12 months, and its concentration can be determined using specific test strips, spectrophotometry, or visually by the change in color from yellow-sunflower oil to lighter tones.
Chlorine dioxide dissociates in the body, releasing oxygen and chloride ions,
which are then excreted through urines. It possesses significant oxidising power
(oxidative potential = 0,95) and is alkalizing.
It also oxides residues from pathogens and cellular metabolism, as well as toxins
and heavy metals, facilitating their elimination. Therefore, it has a detoxifying
effect, and its anti-inflammatory capacity is easily demonstrable in dermal
pathology.
The effectiveness of chlorine dioxide is 95% in treating COVID-19 and
related viral diseases in patients who have previously tested positive with
a PCR test. For mild and moderate conditions it is taken orally, diluted in
water. For severe conditions (blood oxygen saturation index ≤80%), it is
used intravenously with saline solution in hospitalized patients or patients
treated at home under medical supervision. Chlorine dioxide has a high
safety profile and can be used in medicated patients. It is also effectively
used for other conditions, although we do not yet have clinical studies on
this, but there is extensive international clinical experience.
